I'm going to ask a question now which you may not like.
Due to lack of bikes, I've been commuting on my KG241, which I don't want to do. But in terms of comfort on 23s, it's all I need. I want a cheapish work/winter bike and there's some 2015 Cinelli Experience knocking about which look OK. Conveniently ignoring all other variables, do you think I will ever achieve similar levels of comfort with the Cinelli on 25s or 28s, or must I buy steel or titanium or summat? Please help, I'm boring myself poring over different options.
