The white and gold one? I felt that that lacked commitment to the aesthetic.

fixie bieks which we would have built in 2007
This is where I was in 2008, that frame first got fixed in about 99 and has never really changed much, although it has gone through three sets of pretty much everything, the 2008 build has the second of three iterations of cranks, hubs, rims, saddle and seat post, and since then I've also changed the stem, bars and brakes. The PD-A525 pedals are still good some 20 years after I bought them. I suppose if I were being a proper tart I'd put my 7410s on it, but then my MTB shoes wouldn't work as the 7410s never seem to get on with 50-series cleats.

Because of the brake lever?

Yep.

Brakes have no place in 2007.

In the year 2007. That was when my rear CXP rim on the Cannondale CAD3 exploded from break wear.

I don't think you can still buy the frame pad I had in '07

In 2007 I was riding an old Peugeot racer in Thionville, France, which I borked by shifting the rear mech into the spokes. I locked it up next to a bridge and it had been stripped for parts when I came back the next day.
THANKS FRANCE!
Then the school I was working at let me use a Decathlon MTB to get around on. I locked it up one weekend at the station and some "racaille" kicked my wheel in.
THANKS FRANCE!

Can someone please help me find the thread with all the satisfying pictures and gifs of things fitting neatly into other things?

Would this soldering tip be small enough for using on an ipod logic board?

Cheers - just seen some nice, cheap 27.0 posts on the bay and wondered what it was all about. I mean, I know they exist but I just thought "why was someone making slightly thicker-walled tubesets than regular 531 in the 90s?"

why is my package from France stuck in UK customs? Doesn't make any sense.

My Max OR Kona has a 27.0 post :)

Actually I\m not sure whether it's British or French customs holding it - it hasn't left France either way

So they can asses and calculate how much import duty you must pay. Sometimes you might receive notice from the parcel firm saying you have to pay these fees to them before they deliver your parcel, as they have paid the uk import customs fees on your behalf.

EU - no customs.

They are definately M6 and as for length something like 20mm is pretty standard.

But why?
Didn't @Velocio just build a pre-2007 Brother already?
