It's not been the best of starts so far really. He's showed some glimpses of what he can do, but we're mainly playing him out wide (we tried him up front on his own against Birmingham) and he doesn't really seem to suit our team style.
Saying that, the team as a whole hasn't been functioning properly, so it's hard to judge how he'll fit in. General consensus is that we bought him as we found he was available within our budget and got him in without really thinking about where he would fit in. He'll probably feature against Man U on Friday.

Fucking ridiculous.
We played better than we have recently until giving the first penalty away. Then giving away an obvious handball in the area for a second penalty was the nail in the coffin. Their fourth was as luck as you can get. Then we just lost any confidence and offered nothing in the final third.
Hopefully a match against a similarly out of form team on Friday will help.
