I did, with the Mourenx 69 disc.
Finish is great, bike is well built, good attention to details (cable ports, seatpost clamp, etc..)
The ride was not thrilling, to say the least. Bike is stiff as hell, but boring at the same time. The head tube was far too tall, and I felt like I was driving a truck.
Maybe the San Remo is different.
Anyone ridden any of the current Merckx range ? Considering the San Remo 76. Weekend warrior who may be getting back into club rides and racing.
The shop I'm considering getting if from also stock the Look range, and the 765 is in my price range if anyone has experience of that ?
Also looking for recommendations for bike shops in London that stock stuff beyond the usual Trek/Specialized etc and do test rides and bike fits. Has been 10 years since I moved away and no doubt the cycling shop landscape has changed
