The frame was re-finished by mario vaz about two years ago now..
I selected all the best parts i had and started building it up for my wife, but have never got round to finishing it off.
I also have sone Dawes randonneur handlebars from the 80's which would look the part..
It just needs cables and a chain! (I can include the cables)
