I'd take the 3/4 bib shorts if you dont mind paypal/posting abroad.

Understand its a faff though.

Posting etc. etc. bit of a faff.

I use a medium in pro team bib usually. I'd be tempted to risk a small for the length though. 3/4 bibs that nearly Reach you calfs isnt a great look.
