I need to work on my shouting. Last time I shouted after somebody who's chain came off on his fixed (had nut spanner with me for him) didn't notice me, this time somebody with a flat walked past and I shouting "I've a puncture kit"...no result.
Need shouting skills or stalking skills... :/
