Gamex is a superlight, tightly woven polyester popular amongst runners - it's very breathable and so tightly woven that it's also reasonably waterproof - e.g. in a light shower.
This example is from the Dutch clothing company Decca,
This is team kit for Wikings WielerToeristen Club (based in Kortrijk in the Netherlands) - must have picked it up somewhere along the way, can't remember where tho!
