Light hubs not sure what yet laced to so low profile carbon rims.
Carbon rims aren't exactly that light, if you're the kind who's happy riding brakeless, MTB cross country rims are very light (less than 400g)
and wide.Front hubs is easy, any decent alu cartirdige bearing road hubs does the job.

Only if you want 32H. Most lightweight fixed hubsets will be 20/24. With chinacarbon you can choose whatever spoke hole you want
Chinese seatpost+stem and an SLR 135 will help keep finishing kit down without being pricey at all
