Your @ to James brings up a different James, strangely...
That's because the @ function appears to only catch the first word/uninterrupted string of letters behind it, and not the dot that comes after (which is part of the username). @Velocio to the rescue?
For example, @b&d doesn't work either.
So that's where we're at? It's fine to leverage the ignorance of others for our own profit?
@James. he thought he was buying an undamaged wheel, which isn't what he's received.
I'm sure the wheel was damaged when you bought it and you were unaware of this when you sold it. However, you described the condition as: "... a couple scuffs..." and "... nothing on the other side...".
You are responsible for ensuring the description is accurate.
Please can you contact Richard and either arrange for the wheel to be returned (at your expense) and he receive a full refund, or that he gets a partial refund: the choice as to which this will be is his.
