The rest of the world has been using ISO metric fasteners for decades, so I don't have an encyclopaedic knowledge of 'merkin threads which should have been consigned to history before I was even born :-)

I think there was a thing about how George (guy that designed the hub) went to his local hardware store to get a bolt to design around only his local hardware store was run and frequented by guys that were into restoring american motors or something so the bolts he designed around aren't actually all that common in the UK after all. Lol.

knowthink it's 9/16" in diameter but I don't know the thread pitch.I know it's finer than 1.5 but coarser than 1.25 or vice versa. I think it'll be UNF but hoping someone like @mdcc_tester with an encyclopedic knowledge of such things can confirm for me.
Bolt head is between 20 and 21mm if that helps.
