No. Chemsex is, from what I understand, is the term used to describe the current phebomena in London of dense sexual networks with multiple partners using multiple drugs. With an associated risk of increased infections associated with sex. And also strange genotypes of bacteria and other microorganisms unique to those networks.

I can't even see a public health angle here. Banning drug sex, that'll really help bring drug sex and increased sti counts down.
