It depends of the age of the wheels , i have succesfully transformed my 95-96 zonda's from 8 to 9. But you have to find a body of that period/era ( which i luckely found in my LBS, he had some old wheels with a donor body) Bought it for peanuts . The donor body was a chorus body from around 97-98
Which wheelsare you talking about ? I think they have some age if it's still an 8 speed ...
As said you have to look for a donor body of that era
