*not sure I believe it takes both.

Not sure about the front no, but the back have a surprisingly amount of clearance.

Not only it got long drop caliper, but the shoes sit right at the bottom (B'Twin's own brand have same amount of drop);

It is an excellent bike for the money.

Totally. I think they've nailed it. Plain black too. So many cheapo bikes have gash colour schemes. If I had to buy new for a long commute I think it would be near the top of my list.
