looking for some cheap drop bars or bullhorns (black, preferably but silver is fine) to fit an OS (31.8mm) stem that I can pick up today or tomorrow somewhere Northwest-ish (i'm in NW10) or Baker St/Shepherd's Bush/Hammersmith at a push.
