Well, last year it was lovely sunshine all the way - starts in the early afternoon and goes on till wee small hours (later for some DJ sets, I think, but I'm too old for anything after 2am). I wore nothing but shorts and t-shirt last year, and was fine - maybe you got a bad weather year. Don't bother with drugs myself, it's all about the music maaaaan, but you can always bring your own. Barca cabbies can sort you out, no bother.
Gravel rather than grass was a bit different, but no dealbreaker.
Plus Neil Hagerty! Angel Witch! Unsane! And hardly any British people!
