I've got some brand new bits that came off my cannondale (I upgraded it before i'd even ridden it)
A deore triple
a set of 'windowed' deore shifters
a long cage SLX shadow + rear mech.
Brand new SLX Hollowtech BB (i kept the orignal in my frame)
