I was thinking of offering a performance based scale which i thought might appeal to their mercenary nature.
This is good. We did a stepped fee for one sale and you begrudge paying hte agent slightly less when you know the increased sale price paid for it. Otherwise, new agents in the area are much more inclined to do deals as they need stock on their books.
Any tips for getting an agent to drop their fees below 2%? Any ideas for avoiding altogether?
