    Doesn't putting a carbon fork on a frame made for a steel fork throw the geometry out a bit?

  • Not sure about the carbon forks... I always wanted my road bike / the Roberts to try to be a bit lighter / more modern slightly... Hence a colour which I thought would marry well with the carbon (wasn't keen on spraying carbon although it was an option), otherwise I would have kept the original blue colour. But I had the original forks sprayed the same by Mario... So it might only be an "erreur de jeunesse", and the steel original may be back soon...
    Geometry wise, I haven't really measured, I thought the Columbus minimal had been designed with trad geo steel frames in mind so wouldn't be too far off...
    Riding the bike will tell...

    The main thing is the frame looks great, so you will look like a boss cruising through the mean streets of South-East London!
