Lugged steel track bike 57cm square

This was rattle canned really badly in matt black when I got it, I stripped the paint back to its original pearl blue which is generally in nice condition. There are quite a few chips and scratches - I've shown the worst in pics. There are also a few darker stained areas that occurred when I stripped the paint, around head tube lugs mainly. Overall it's a nice frame though, unfortunately I don't know the make or tubing.

Component wise, the cranks are Stronglite track with 51t ring, ITM cosmos bars, new tape, saddle is flite tt carbon, wheels are Charge Dish, both run straight and true, rear never been braked on, front has wear to rim. They were white but I have stripped/polished them. There is section of corrosion to the front. I think the thread is stripped on the fixed side of the rear wheel, the cog is currently rotafixed to the freehweel side (I can't currently check the threads as the bike's at my girlfriend's parent's place).
Although there is no chain in the photo, one is actually fitted.

The bike is currently stored at my girlfriend's parent's in badgers mount (knockholt station - zone 6) near orpington which is 30 mins from london bridge or I can bring it up to my flat in new cross, or deliver within reason.

Reduced price to £250 and I will include a high flange suzue/silver rigida rear wheel with 17t cog and lockring so you can pull sweet skids with no rotafix worries.

Are the forks drilled for a brake man? Also, it's definitely got track ends and not a conversion? Cheers. :)

No the forks and rear bridge aren't drilled. They're definitely track ends, it's not a conversion.
