All of the lightning bolt details on that bike are done with wet paint, the Enve logo the unpainted carbon underneath.

I think we need better pictures to really appreciate the clean look of eTap. When I first saw this build I was a little underwhelmed by the difference the lack of cables makes. I guess that's what comes after frames have integrated Di2 so well with internal cabling and batteries.
Cockpit should look nice though with no minging junction box and wires.
