I had seen your bike, it's really magnifique, I wish I had a complete mavic groupset but it's such a pain to find :/
The seatpost is a pmp, rims are good old open pro and the headset is a stronglight indeed.
Pedals are not sintesi but cambio Rino!I don't know about the stem, I tried a gunmetal one to match the seatpost but I prefer this one...

This is a shame that the turbo does not have titanium rails...
You need a titanium coulour stem or someting to match with the seatpost IMHO
