• Here we have a selection of bike parts which all have some interesting feature or fit the general theme of the thread. Some nice bits here, but I'm also having a bit of fun selling this type of thing, so no 'serious' prices, at least I hope they're not:)

PLEASE SEE THE OTHER (THREE!) PARTS OF THIS THREAD, IN SEPERATE POSTS.

Dibs is fine, but PM me after.
And I also have this other sales thread of other (more ordinary) bike bits- wheel rims, pannier racks, mudguards blah blah blah:)

    T-Gear Cannibal clip-on TT bars
Early 90s bars and would look to fit 25.4mm bars. Pads showing little use. These look to be width adjustable by clamping the clamps at the desired point where you want the pads to be with the bar's u shape bending inwards a little, so the pads don't need to be so spread out as seen in the pic. £5

    Tektro rear TT brake
Centre pull design and sold singly for rear usage. Popular with TT'ers, in the mode of Shimano 600/DA's AX Aaero designed brakesets. I guess there's no front made as you're only supposed to use the one brake due to having less need to brake doing this type of event(?). Campag do one that looks to me an identical design. £7

    Beekay Products tyre/rim covers
These are old-style tyre/rim covers in fair to good condition, with a group of small holes showing on one cover, and one hole present on the other. A very pleasing vintage look to them. These type of covers were often seen on sprint wheels, with I imagine their function being to protect often delicate (silk) and expensive(!) tubular tyre sidewalls from abrasion, but would today probably be used to give some protective to thin walled, deep section aero wheels during transportation. Sorry, wheels in the pics not included:) £10

    Gipiemme Crono Special alloy freewheel
This is a 12/19 freewheel- with these ratios, plus the alloy cogs, this is probably best suited for TT/tri events, or a nice show bike:) It's a 7 speed and English threaded, and cog wear is slight. Clicks nice and loudly. £5

    Adie 'racing' ping bell
These are pretty collectable on eBay, and also have a name for being a 'racing' bell.
One source comes up with: "As once deemed absolutely necessary for Racing. In the fifties you might be denied a start in a Time Trial if not sporting a bell. Not by a policeman; by the time-keeper. Everyone had one of  these; being the lightest possible". Nice loud ping:)
Condition of this one shows a noticeable ding (sorry!) on top, but mechanically is fine. £5

    Ariake Jaguar II saddle
NJS stamped. This is an unpadded leather covered saddle that probably compares well to a lot of the stripped racing saddles that some prefer. Leather cover and the perforated base probably help out over longer distances. A few gouges on the back of the leather cover, and scuffs on the sides but otherwise very nice. £15

    MKS steel toe clips
NJS stamped. Size Large. Very little use showing on these, with only one or two scrapes from storage. I should have some spare attachment nuts and bolts for the clip not fitted with any- can't promise that they'll be NJS ones though:) £5

Shimano Dura Ace 16t NJS sprocket. The better, NJS version, of this DA sprocket. Mechanically, it's in excellent condition and teeth and threads are excellent. Cosmetically, the sprocket's anodizing is starting to go on the teeth. No DA lockring but I have something I can throw in. £5

    Shimano Dura-Ace skewer
Front wheel skewer. Not NJS:) My solitary bit of modern DA kit, don't think I'll be getting the rest of the groupset, so it has to go... Some scuffs on the bit the lever's attached to. £3

    Shimano SPD cleats
A new set. Comes with all fittings. £2

    Continued...
