From experience of both, I would definitely go for the sealed cartridge 7710.

But doesn't everyone like to spend a evening regreasing everything that moves on their bike every so often? I thought that was half the fun :-P

I think im gonna go for the 7700 that I have been offered, just to get the build rolling.
