When it goes flat has any part of the beading disengaged from the rim?
Not that I'd spotted. I pumped it back up easily enough, without any air escaping or beads popping. The only correlation I can see is that both times it occurred the tyre had more pressure than I'd usually ride with (~50psi in a 33mm tyre).
