I don't get it. Yet another layer of management. How will that help with a underpowered engine? And getting rid of Jonathan Neale doesn't make a lot of sense. Can someone explain this to me please?
I don't know Jonathan Neale, but it smacks of smoke and mirrors, to me. Capito comes in, and with an upgraded engine, it will look like he's done something positive, yet it was in the works anyway. Mysterious.
