Yep. I've replaced the Zipp 188 in my 404s, and I'm about to do the same with my 808s. There's lateral play due (I think) to the axle being undersized, and if you tighten up the collet to remove any play then the freehub drags. I remember one person on a forum somewhere used some nail varnish to increase the diameter of the axle slightly where the bearings go, but that seemed like a bit of a bodge...
