Nice one. I hate trying to run fast in the morning.
Thursday's tempo night for me, and I'm happy to pay a bit to do this on a floodlit track in the Winter because I'm not a big fan of running on pavements in the dark (and scaring those poor pedestrians). Also good for keeping splits nice and regular. So 5 miles/20 laps, with 3 miles there and 3 miles back.
that was ace - loving running at the moment - 19:40 ish 5k the morning after a 10 mile run, clearly not suffering too much from 3 weeks off training!
