Pearl on drops on street. More usable, like you say.
If it was clamped slightly higher, you'd be able to use the drops more comfortably.

I used B123 on track before switching to B125 after a coach suggested position was too aggressive. Infinitely more comfortable on the saddle since the swap, with greater power (used with slammed 17deg stem - Pearl).
I use a Jag on a street/pub bike, but using risers. Would consider it too low to use on street with a deep drop bar like a B123.
