That's a pretty crazy achievement though - sometimes it feels like it doesn't leave me with a choice when there's dudes everywhere firing at you.

Bored of MGS5 now which is a shame. Don't have the heart to finish the story mode which seems a shame given my love particularly of MGS 2 + 3. All bases and missions seem much the same as each other - great fun for the first 20 hours but not fussed to pursue it further.
Anyone want a copy for PS4?

I quite like the idea of incremental DLC for a number of years (rather than copypasta versions year in year out) but they fucked up with gamekilling unles you bought TTK, only available with all the previous stuff.
I got Destiny with my PS4 last year (when it was new) didn't bother with DLC, then bought TTK disc version for £25.
Cheeky fuckers though, it was the standard disc with 5 codes to enter to get the DLC packs from the PSN.

I'm still enjoying MGS5 - 30% or so through now. Gets so much more fun once you can develop or customise a silenced tranq sniper.
Haven't used Quiet much beyond her scouting, but the character is such a ghastly nerdfap thing that I far prefer using the dog on missions. Plus the dog is much better as a spotter anyway.
There's so much to the game that's just bewildering though. FOB things? Staff allocations? Base security management? FFS, you need to pay it all attention in order for things to run well, but my god it's not even as much 'fun' as an Excel spreadsheet.

Also, I'm waiting to level up a bit so I can get a silenced tranq sniper.

Although I did do a whole mission the other night entirely with a rocket launcher which was lulz.

It's a real shame the Subsistance mode wasn't available for all missions.

I bought Destiny and TKK for £25 in the sale on the PS store... and then couldn't play it for 3 days while Sony was getting mugged off by hackers.

Kind of enjoying the arcade-y nature of it — and was finding it reasonably easy until last night when I was getting killed endlessly by the boss at the end of Fist of Crota.
I haven't really got a clue what is going on it yet - I don't really play video games that much (has take me about 6 months to get 70% of the way through the Witcher 3). I've only done a few story missions - no idea how the fuck you are supposed to find people to play with?

I've been wondering who that was on my friend list for months.

TBF, The Witcher is a big games, so if you only played it for a couple hours a weeks, that sound about right.

70% of the way though an epic game sounds like you very much do play video games. Accept it, live with it, embrace it, love it.

I meant the story - there is a lot of stuff that I've not done. I probably play about 2.5 hours of games a week. More over Christmas, because - well... inside. I hadn't played computer games in years til I bought a ps4 on the spur of the moment in July. We spend more time watching iplayer and Netflix on it that anything else.

Logged into MGS V for the first time in a month? Wow they've really game-ified it a lot with the challenges etc.

Also nice to have a FOB mission which isn't just 2 platforms long. Still have no desire to invade other players, but was exciting.
On that note I've never been around when I've been invaded, and I think I'm still on a positive W:L ratio

On a similar note I've just started playing KSP again for the first time since it hit v1.0 and I'd forgotten just how awesome it is. Though twice in the past two days I've had to resort to getting out and pushing the craft to get back into the atmosphere, not fun times!

Sooo... started Fallout 4 last night on my Steam Box thing (after popping more ram in). It optimised most things to Ultra and it looks pretty decent. Chose the women, with help from the wife tried to make her hot, turns out I just made her annoying looking and now I am stuck with her. Seems ok so far, no idea how to use that odd targeting system and strikes me as a bit of a cheat, did that hack on the first console thing. It's prob a real small thing that no one else is impressed with but thought it was brilliant. Can't help but think it needs Zombies though.
