I've had my black Brompton M3L stolen from the boot of the car. It's a pretty old model from 2006. The gears don't work properly and it's in need of a service.

Shouldn't have left it in the boot it's usually in the house but there you go, it's distinguishable by red brake cables and new roller wheels that have been the only upgrade since it was bought, still got the same crappy original saddle.

I,ve had my cream coloured fixed gear stolen from N7/Lower Holloway, see pic. Most recognisable are a couple of sizeable dents in the top tube, scrappy sawn off handlebars with no grips and a single clamp on front brake. The saddle pictured has since been swapped with a battered old brown Brooks B17.

The bike has great sentimental value to me, so any help is really valued. I,m going down to Brick Lane tomorrow morning to see if it,s there, but if anyone could look out for it, and contact me if they see it, I,d be very grateful.

Hi, had my bike stolen from broadway market between Saturday night/Sunday night (28th/29th Nov) A grey Foffa with brooks saddle. Pic attached. Had a Krypotnite lock (know there is some anti theft thing you can do but not sure that's going to be useful as I don't have the paperwork)

Would really appreciate if anyone could send me some advice on the best way to get it back. Gutted as I designed it myself and loved it!

New looking one of these:

with clipless pedals, brookes saddle and bar tape being 'slained in a hurry through Forest Hill by a young chap dressed suspiciously inappropriately for riding it (trainers, jeans, leather jacket). Was headed in the direction of Horniman/East Dulwich.

Not much to go on but if you've lost one in the area CCTV might have caught something.

Unfortunately a friends bike was stolen in front of their University (Birkbeck College just next to SOAS) its a black and white Cinelli Parallax, with Ambrosio weelset, Miche Chainring and Sram Omnium Crank and BB (50x16). It has a light green saddle and bar tape (Prologo both).

Hi,
My bike has been stolen from my garage in Ewell. It's a white Condor Italia (the one with the curvy frame), with white Shimano RS31 wheels, white bar tape and saddle.
It was a birthday present from my wife a few years ago, and is my pride and joy.
I've no illusions about getting it back, but if someone does see it, I'd love to know.

Enigma Elite stolen during a house burglary in Camberwell. Custom frame, one of a kind. Carbon fork, stainless steel headbadge and cables bosses. Full Ultegra 6600 build, Mavic Open Pros on Ultegra hubs with white sidewall Michelin Pro3 tyres. Insurers are already wriggling. Pretty heartbroken about this. Stolen from my buildings bike shed dlocked, pitlocked and cabled but still gone. If anyone sees it for sale could they let me know.

Went into the big Sainsbury's in Brixton this morning and saw a purple, steel frame single speed. It was unlocked, leaning up against the glass at the main entrance.

Thought to myself "that bikes going to get nicked if they're not careful" - as I came out saw said bike being cycled. Guy didn't look like like an avid cyclist to say the least. Wearing hoodie and jeans and pedaling with his heels. Went down Morval Road and I lost sight of him.

What's wrong with wearing hoody and jeans? Why does that mean your not 'an avid cyclist'

Nothing wrong with wearing a hoodie and jeans, just not what what I would expect most people to wear when commuting to work (if that's what he was doing). Avid cyclist was I guess maybe a euphemism too far. I could be wrong, but the the bike didn't really fit the guy who was riding it. I could be completely wrong, it could be his bike - but it just seemed a bit out of place somehow.
