I got half way through fitting the rear mudguard and said 'stuff this' and went and sat down with the missus and the cat...
I haven't got any scales but I think I'm just tipping the scales over 10kg from the feel of it compared to my 7kg road bike. It doesn't bother me too much though, 10kg doesn't weigh quite as much as I was worried it would, if that makes sense?

Well, did you commute this morning? What weight is the finished bike? Did you get it below 10kg?
