Sorry for the lack of updates! work's been mental...

I'm dropping the wheels off at LMNH tomorrow to be built next week by Sam... excited! We spoke about spokes etc and I think I've settled on silver Sapim Race spokes laced 3x with brass nipples.

Sam will do a great job, his builds for me have been excellent.

IMO Schwalbe One are undefeated. If you wanna choose something else, why not Vittoria Corsa Evo CX. Quite good... Or Open Pavé. But I'm doubtful because they might not be available for tubeless.

I can't believe you'd take this long with a build and ruin it right at the end with lizardskins

At this rate you'd have to put etap on it

In my experince that is the worst of the lizard skins, the padding goes flat quickly and wears out. The super thick is ok, but a bit bulky. I now favour the thinest, it holds it padding way longer and is more dureable.
