Hello! I am a proud owner of a SOMEC Olympus steel frame. Last summer I bought the frame (a 60x60 size) on a web site here in Italy for 160€ , more or less 125 GBP or 180 USD.
The frame is in a excellent condition and now she is on the road again. I love her!
The owner sold this bike, fully mounted, for 250€ here: http://www.fixedforum.it. Crazy!
I was late, but after some month I found the frame+fork on sale on another web site, and this time I have been fast enough.
I am looking more information regarding this specific model, since I don't know much of it. Do somebody know exactly the model/year?

The (more or less) original was the one with the yellow saddle. It was mounted with:
Campagnolo Athena 9v
Guarnitura 53-39
Pignoni 11-24
Pedali Shimano SPD
Piega Deda 44
Saddle SMP extraI bought several new Shimano 105 parts (10v) from Chainreaction and now she looks like this.

Mine, probably a Cromor Gl. Mix of DA/600 groupset. Modolo brake levers, Deda Piega handlebars & Nitto stem.

Not a fan of those brake levers.

I have asked to Somec more information regarding mine, they are very very kind.
Mine should be dated 1995. If you could provide them the serial number of yours they will tell you more (almost the year) of your bike. -

This is my absolute favourite bike right now. It's time for me to have a go at copying it but doing a slightly worse job.
Yours,
