They are better for running than for cycling.

Most use the Mio chipset so probably best to choose the watch that matches your other requirements. The old TomTom running watch us heavily discounted at the moment if you shop around.

Thanks. The old TomTom is on the list and quite a good price as you say.

@Greenbank Have been looking at DCRainmaker as there are always good reviews on there.

It's still getting software updates including some new features, and the OHM is the Mio one (latest version uses one from a different vendor). For the money it's a good deal.
