@scottparsley good shout on the 120s, really really nice watches. Suspect my budget might limit me to Frankensteins to be honest, but some good advice here. Maybe keeping a close eye on a reputable dealer would be more useful than waiting for a possibly-knackered bargain on eBay. Hmm.

On a related 'treat yourself' note, I've got a real hankering for an oldschool (50s/60s/70s) Omega. Doesn't have to be in great condition, in fact a bit of patina would work really well, but I do want it to be automatic and have the glow markers. I actually love the old Seamaster 300s but suspect these will always be v expensive so something dress watchy would work too.
Any recommendations on good place to pick one up?
