I doubt they'll be anything wrong with it, it's just the notion of a "super discounted wheel build". Makes me think of some sub-human thing in the back of the workshop doing their first few wheelbuilds to learn on the job. Discount the hub or the rim as they're just a thing and can't really be fucked up, but a wheel build is something I wouldn't like to think has been skimped on (I doubt it will be).
No experience of SJS wheel builds. My various SON wheels from Bike+ where top notch, Condor rear fixed wheels have been 50:50 (one was spot on the other loosey-goosey). My now closed down LBS (W.F.Holdsworth) was good too.
