What's he be doing the past few months?

I'll give you two guesses.

Yeah they cropped that photo

Some sportives?

Surely he realises it's his final chance.

Still got it

That man's going to win his own churros y chocolate franchise by the end of this season, you mark my words.

Oh Carlos.

• #5161
That's Dammit riding there, right?

Panzerwagen wants to ride the classics
-
• #5163
I was gonna do a "Predictions for 2016" post which featured him winning a classic. Great to hear.
-
• #5164
Really excellent news - I remember reading ages a go that he wasn't a fan of the classics, last year's Cambrai stage clearly changed his mind :)

A Tour stage over the cobbles is very different from a spring cobbled classic.
He's on the right team to learn, but to think he's going to rock up and be challenging is somewhat naive I think. Boonen, Terpstra and Stybar will, rightly, be seeking leadership roles.

Very true, but I still wouldn't be betting against Tony. Could imagine him taking something like Thomas's win at E3

Has anyone seen any TV coverage of disc-equipped pro riders descending in the rain? Having recently acquired a disc brake'd bike, I wonder if we'll have to endure a load of honking and squealing.
-
• #5168
If your discs are making noise, they're set up wrong.
Mine only make noise when I set them up. When I get good mechanic to do it, no noise.

I read the interview with him, he said he just wanted to try them. Even said he had no allusions of doing well.
I think the team are just paying him more to go ride the classics and be an engine for the team.

My mtb discs squeak like fuck if they've had little use. Calms down pretty quickly though. That's well set up.
Maybe your mechanic cleans sprays your discs skinny?
-

They're dead quiet if they are dry and I've aligned the pads. I'm thinking of wheel changes mid-race - slightly misaligned in a wet descent...
-
• #5172
Yeah. True good point.
Tbh carbon rims and pads are super noisy in the wet too.

No Tour Of Down Under on Eurosort apparently? Pretty rubbish - have been looking forward to racing starting again since lombardia.

Guys! Neekolah Rosh has been bitten by a spider

I think he's been bit twice recently. There's another pic on his twitter of the other. Fucking horrible. Is he in Aus? If the UCI really cared about the health and well-being of riders they'd ban all races there.
Serpa put his bike in the shed, one less moustache in the world tour peloton
