LOL at the commentator proclaiming Totterscum to be a favourite for the FA Cup at 1-0

Dodgy penalty, lucky Spurs, very underwhelming

Lots of changes made by us chasing the game, Okazaki has made all the difference for Leicester, weak defending by Carroll for his goal, coaches were going to have to toughen Carroll up and get him to block out/hold off opposing players.
Proper cup tie! Replay is a game we could do without, but glad we get another chance to progress, didn't look likely when we were huffing and puffing.
@Markyboy would we classify Leicester's strategy as parking the bus, or effective counter attacking? -
• #122881
soft pen. Replay no good for either team really. Would almost rather be out of the cup at this stage.
-
• #122882
I've no idea, but you were clearly second best...
Still, your fans managed to sing for the last three minutes, they must be exhausted.
-
• #122883
Spurs didn't actually play badly at all, the two goals were out of character really. Leicester are great though, I love the way they play.

• #122884
Christ - must be like operation desert storm in your undercrackers today. We weren't that bad.
-
• #122885
My undercrackers are fine, thanks.
Against a back four and midfield who've never played together before, I thought the much vaunted new Spurs were really poor. Just my humble opinion of course.
-
• #122886
just out of sync, with attacking players getting their first run out with the pressure on..
Replay will be interesting, wondering how similar the teams will be to the ones that played today..
Missed the thrust of Alli in that advanced position, attack would slow down when we got to the edge of your box, credit to your defence for being so organised, we never really broke it down. -

I only caught the first half, thought Spurs perform well, esp down the left wing, good link up play and efforts on goal. Son looks pretty handy too.
Shame Emile Heskey fluffed it in front of the camera by saying Liverpool would win this afternoon, wtf.
Macin Wasilewski aka Macyl aka Spartacus looks ready to thump someone / anyone soon.

Yes, it was a bit harsh but I think it was a fair result for both teams. We do need to perform better at set pieces. Like @cornelius_blackfoot mentioned, counter attacking or parking the bus?
-
• #122890
Ha! Nice to see you - pleasant surprise.

Naismith out, Yarmalenko incoming
Now THIS kind of story gets my cock fizzing!

Apparently Man U fans should be happy they're winning again. Grotty penalty for a 1-0 victory over Sheffield United... It's the stuff of dreams isn't it?
Excellent trolling by The Thumb.

Got to say, I love his arrogance.

Away to either Exeter or Liverpool.
Great.

Everton get their usual easy ride.

• #122899
And of course Chelsea get all the help they need.

Looking forward to the 4th round. A win for us would possibly get LVG the sack. A loss would allow us to concentrate on getting promoted (and hopefully not fuck it up this year).
LOL @ Spurs
