Not sure if he gets email updates from here, he's busy being Dad and all round cool dude. We just moved (bought) house and work is v busy for us both. B had his first Herne Hill session last weekend!

I am alive. Ver' busy - dad stuff, work, bike, work, work and more dad stuff. Occasionally I get to go out for live heavy metal or whisky tasting, or Product Management events.
Starting to do the weekend HH balance bike sessions after morning toddler football on Saturdays. About to pick up up low and slow BBQ cooking again.
Trying to engineer a job where I can hang out here a bit more again. May join Faceborg just so I can keep up with those I miss.
