Wanted: Cheap Quill Stem

- Quill stem preferable in Black but may consider silver.
- Length 100-120mm
- In terms of clamp size I think the current fuji stem on my bike is 26mm. Does anyone know if this is correct? If so 26mm is preferred but could work with 25.4mm.
- Must be able to post as live in Midlands.
- Don't mind scratches etc.
