31.7mm according to my tape measure. From the specialised bars that are listed originally. Pm me to arrange details if still interested.

I'm 90% certain either of the cross tops would fit those bars. I've just tried them on some 31.7mm and 31.8mm bars and they fit fine. I guess 1/10th of a mm is not very much!
