Also, you can check if they are Fensa registered

Search show not results so they it her made it up or Fensa's database is not properly updated. Gonna call this Monday Morning and will let you know. Thanks for all your help @Sumo

Original windows did not have trickle vents. Company seems to be Fensa registered (according to their website). Tbh I feel terrible about not having asked for some days off work and stayed in to impersonate a project manager...
