Oooh, it's KB, and not RB. KB means Kondej Bogdan - the owner of Bio-Bike, located just outside of Torun, Poland. Kondej is one of the top 3 polish framebuilders, or erm... was. He's a strange dude; you can contact him via biobike@biobike.pl and MAYBE he'll tell you how to paint that frame. MAYBE. MMMMMAAYYYBBBBEEE.
So, your bike is not a Rychtarski. It's a Bio-Bike.
