I've had Carradice super C for a while now, initially used it touring a couple of times on an SQR mount and it was fine. Have been using it a couple of years directly mounted onto Brooks saddle loops but have changed bike to one that I want to be able to remove it easily for 'faster' riding.
Now the bag keeps falling to one side when I'm riding, one leather strap keeps going round the SQR hook and ending up making the bag lopsided. It almost looks like the holes in the back of the bag weren't cut in the right position, but I'm certainly not about to question Sue's handiwork!
Starting to get annoying because I can feel it start hitting the back of my thigh and it makes any rocking much more pronounced. Anyone else experienced this? Would new leather straps rectify it or is the bagman qr a better option than the SQR? I already have the normal bagman, so am reluctant to fork out for another mounting system.

Any thoughts?
