Easily done: as mowgster suggested...

1) raise your saddle 4 inches higher then normal and clip yourself in. Over the next approx. 2/4 weeks you can expect your legs to grow a few cm.

2) having confused your bones, now your bodies natural reaction will be to grow its arms by about the same length as your legs, on account of having to maintain it's proportionate blood flow & Symmetry.
