Otherwise, since the weather for tomorrow looks good, I was thinking about going to Luton to see big and small airplanes (there's a gliding club not too far from the airport). So anyone who would like to join me in that endeavour is more than welcome!

- departure at 8:30-ish AM so that there's ample time to stop on the way for various beers, coffees, gulp of vodka from my flask, etc.

i don't know whether you went out, but if you're training i'd recommend taking the train out and back and doing the ingatestone lap twice. this way you can get some proper uninterrupted riding in (approx 70 ish miles) rather than poodling back to london. the route isn't great there and back.
