I still get the fear from Deathclaws and run like a coward until my action points are out.

FYI, they can't go inside building.

No, but if they can't get to you they may reset and go back to full health.

If you keep aiming for the legs, they won't be able to move much.

A dose of Psycho help wonder.

Ideally work well if you have a Kneecapper weapon.
