Yeah, front would be .45x70+5 = 36.5 kg, which would result in about 60 psi (or 4.1 bar) indeed.

If you think it's too low, you can start at 70/80psi and see how you get on with it.
From the sound of it, going from 100psi to 70psi would be quite a big jump that set the alarm bell ringing in your head which will be hard to get used to.
