Just found this as well so possibly this was one of these frames, so now will build with 7400 not 7700

Hi Andy, the koga i bought was a track bike, Koga Full Pro made of alloy, the bike is a bit oddball, paints a bit old and naff but its nice and stiff and built up quite well as a fixed gear TT bike. My main issue was that the forks are alloy blades bonded to the fork crown and have become loose so ive had to swap the fork out. Plan is to repaint frame and run a carbon fork as it would be impossible to find another original.

Thats quite a mad design, I think i would keep the paint and just put Wing TT forks and a carbon bladed seat post.

Lo Pro,s it seems are like busses nothing for ages then a whole bunch turn up. Anyway saw this bike on t'bay could not find out what it was. Spoke to the owner who gave me some info had a scout round the web and picked up yesterday.
It is a Koga Miyata Record Pro made for Team Tulip 1992 TDF it seems. This looks to be a team bike as it has a number hanger, I may be wrong but info is scarce. I have only seen three others one in steel and the others in Alu, like this one.
It had been run as a fixie and in all fairness did not look good but stripped looks like it will make an interesting project. The rear 120mm wheel had been put in the 130mm rear and squeezed together, not good. Had the frame checked today and fortunately no problems with that.
I don't usually go in for Alu bikes but liked the paint and the fact it is an ex team bike so some pics.
So Dura ace 7700 I guess and maybe disc wheels will have to see, this frame looks to have a very relaxed front end. I will put up a pic of this as a team build.
